Well ...
I think Ruru from Monochrome Factor is so annoying!. She is being flirt to Akira (n Shirogane? Hm, I didn't watch all of the episode yet) ... made Aya angry ... etc. Erh, she is so girly, but not in feminine way (I like feminine character, btw). She is in 'annoying way'.

But again, I personally don't hate her. I just feel she is annoying, that's all.
