The dude here is Kim Kaphwan from The King of Fighters game series. And "Aku wa Yurusanai" is Kim's special opening pose meaning "I won't forgive Evil." He'll say this whenever he fights against an evil character.

I've made use of THIS image of Kim I found on Creative Uncut, and the Yin Yang's pic with a dragon and tiger is one out of millions of random cool images I have in my lappy's storage. Can't recall where it originally came from though... DX. I've also used some Korean brushes that I got from Deviantart, but they gave less effect that what I have in mind. Owh well...
