I'm not actually sure if this is from an anime. All I know is that the original scan i cut it from is from "Yura artworks-dark side". So that is where the original scan can have credits to. :D I really just wanted to do a festival theme, so i changed the colors for pinks and reds and golds for festivalish things XD haha
