Another entry I made for the "Hottest Anime Girls 2009" challenge. This piece features (in my opinion) one of the hottest and coolest Anime girls ever introduced in Anime during this decade: Yoko Littner from "Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann" (or simply "Gurren Lagann").

I used paint program to draw the red stars, then inserted them into photoshop where I made this wallpaper and made small scales of the red stars themselves. Also, I inserted in this, a vector of Yoko Littner I did nearly 2 months ago with help from an illustration I found at the Shuushuu Image Board.
