Well, looks like I'm going through the Blazblue fankit again, and PNG's seem to be really good for cropping? Anyway, say hello to the Hitsugaya Toushiro of 2D fighters, Jin Kisaragi; most of his moves revolve around freezing things and shattering them. No ice dragon, but he can fly on an ice sword, so I think that makes up for it. Enjoy!
