Another pretty pic :). I like how Noizi ito draws his/her eyes :) (btw, is the author a guy? ^^;) anyways, I wanted to use this scan. Threw in a few textures, some blendings, and for the first time I didn't use any brushes :OO. Oh wait! I did, that cloud brush at the right side <_<; I forgot XD. Took around half hour to do at least.
