I used photoshop to create several layers as to illustrate the Looney Tunes-styled ring where I inserted "Ikki Tousen" protagonist Hakufu Sonsaku at center point. Then added another layer to create a widescren effect, thus making the wallpaper to appear like the opening a theatrical animated short, except with the titles.

Note that the "cartoon" part in the wallpaper title is English-speaking term for animated works in general (counting Anime as well).
