The vector is from the naruto art book and was colored and vectored from herehttp://www.akasuna.net/vector/naruto-characters/

This took a total of about 2 hours.
I seriously had so many designs for this wallpaper but it ended with this because I liked it the most.
I started with the vector first on the left and I added my own x brushes with a light blue to dark blue gradient on the guitar.
I then had my background layer set to gray and made one of my textures into clouds and that was the background.
I then had another layer set where I went crazy and used all the brushes I had to make all the black and blue you see behind sasuke.
Then added my tag by erasing away with my halftone brush and added some on.

Pick the larger wallpaper for the best quality!
