WELL I saw this off of minitokyo and wanted to do something with it original image is right here.

It probably doesn't look like I did much but I changed the contrast around and added clouds that were blurred so it had a smokey look to it. Added sparklies for stars and a moon also.
I don't feel like going into further detail about this but that's pretty much it.
