My newest wallpaper. I worked on this wallpaper for 2 days. I just finished today due to so many homeworks and tests and quizzes, so sorry for not submitting for so many weeks for months. Anyways I hope you guys will like this new wallpaper of mine.

This wallpaper features my favourite mermaid, Noel the princess of the Arctic Ocean. I found this PNG of her at photobucket and I wanted so bad to make a wallpaper of her. Please tell me what you guys think.
