I spent about and hour and a half on this.
A reddish background base color
then a new layer with vertical white stripes on them and then I used the eraser tool with a selected brush, my halftones. But you can't tell.
The swirlys were but behind with different sizes selected on the brush options.
then motionblurred yellow color in the background
And then more motioned blurred colors into it.
I'm not good at describing thisXD.
