This took a total of about 2 hours and 15 minutes?
The first half I spent most of the time coloring the Ritsuka picture which I got from imgdump.info

Then I started the wallpaper which is a base navy color.
I then added my own diagnol black stripes.
Added some sparkle brushes from deviant art
Some kanji words behind ritsuka from deviant art
A splatter brush to light up the blurred colors in the background
And then some random matrix numbers
