So this is my 4th wallpaper done with my new program :D see! I'm already getting better and it's only been two days! XD hahaha! anyaway! this is latios and latias, two legendaries from Pokemon: sapphire and ruby. This shall be dedicated to becca1525354 for inspiring me to make it :D

This took about an hour to do...I'm not sure on the exact time because I was watching something and doing this at the same time -.- it was done in pain shop pro 8. credits go to me for the art, and nintendo for pokemon.
