This is a wallpaper based on the anime film WXIII: Patlabor the Movie 3. It's one of my favorite movies and i thought id make a wallpaper for it :) I always wanted to make a wallpaper with city buildings and skylines, so this is the first one. I plan on making more though :) I hope you enjoy :)
