Well this wallpaper was a bit simpler but I did try out some new things! XD Thank you Sis for telling me about the brightness and contrast section, its much easier to use! Anyways, I made the image and background much lighter till it was about a baby blue and then I added an extra blue color over it. So yes, it is very blue! XD LOL. Also, I'm guessing these two kids are trying to portray Alice in Wonderland. XD LOL. I don't know, but they sure are cute! *huggles*
