Okay, so this wallpaper, I made quite awhile ago. Before my 'Smile' wallpaper I know that for sure. I remember clearly though, I got frustrated with this wallpaper. It wasn't with the wallpaper itself. It was just the fact that when I was almost done, and was just adding finishing touches, it just completely freezes on me. I freaked out, cause it looked awesome, and then I had to start all over again. Now, I am so glad I didn't give up on the wallpaper because I am happy with the results.

Ahem. So orginal image, I found on photobucket. [Click here to see.] And I enlarged it, and just stared at the computer screen, not knowing what to do. Well I decided to make the whole backround, besides the girl grayscale. And so I roughly extracted the girl, and woah..for a rough extraction, it was pretty good! Haha. Then I turned the original image to grayscale and then pasted the extraction as the new layer.

Just doing that wasn't good though, because it seemed the girl had blended in too much with the backround, and so I mess around with her for a bit. Adding a few more layers of her until she finally got that 'glow' effect, I guess is how to explain it. I forgot exactly what I did with her afterwards and what I did with the eyes, but I remember specifically I wanted to bring her blue eyes out, and I did. Which makes me proud =]. I added a few brushes to the backround, all white, red-ish, and purple-ish colors. And it was then I finally came up with the title..which is 'Snow Scape.'

Oh yes, 1600 x 1200 resolution is best please!
