About this wallie, I like incorporating scans with different brushes that blend in with the image. Like making them more lively and bolder looking. This image is more appealing that the original one in my opinion ^^ what do you think? Added a gradient in the back and overlayed it. It gave those soft colors that you see there, between the moon and the mountains afar. Did motions blurs, star brushes, duplicate the image, and just playing with the colors.

Didn't took that long, probably an hour being that I couldn't decide what color of gradient I wanted XD. There were two that looked very good and couldn't decide, but in the end I picked this one :3.
