Hurr, another wallpaper! :D

I think this is my third DOGS wallpaper? I think so but I can't help it! I adore this manga to no end, its so sad not alot of people know about it! This is a colored scan by me. There will be to versions of this wallpaper, hopefully theO will let me submit them despite being the same thing but one is gray-scale. The title is The City is at War which is a song from the glorious Cobra Starship, on the album Viva La Cobra! They're a fantastic band so I recommend!
