^^; Don't know where this idea came from at all...but yeah. It's just that I downloaded several Tohru Azumi scans...and I love her art!! So here's another one, this time of Squall from FF8. ^_^ That was a really good game...and yes, he's smexy. This color combination is an interesting one, and it's not how it started out at all! So first thing's first, the extraction...very annoying with his hair and the feathers (or fur?) on his jacket because of the light background; also, her style on this image was watercolor-y and sketchy...so she wasn't "coloring within the lines." XD Anyhoo, that took a while...did that yesterday, and then I started on the rest of it. I was possessed to make angel wings for him...yes, like many of my past wallpapers. ^^; I love them. So that was done first...then clouds...and I ended up fooling around with more brushes to create a texture wallpaper. I wasn't going to!! But I did... So now it's all texture-y and cool with the text brushes and whatnot. Also, clouds and a blue color layer on top, which I erased away some...so that you can still see the normal browns, but you can also see he has some blue tints to him.
