This wallpaper of Kanu from "Ikki Tousen" is inspired by female supermodel wallpapers (except for the fact that those wallpapers show photographs of female supermodels of real-life, but you can see that anime characters are fictional).

In making this wallpaper, I used line tool to oultine picture border frames where I would insert images of Kanu that I resized to smaller scale with microsoft photo editor (I found the images at animepaper). Then, I colored the frames and the middle of the wallpaper with fill-with-color tool, using colors of the character's school uniform (blue and yellow). Last step, I used text tool to type the character's name (on top) and occupation (on bottom) at the center of the wallpaper, then drew a horizontal line with line tool to separate the two parts of the text.

This is one wallpaper that should get all the male's mouths drooling. Enjoy!
