Yoko Ritona from the mecha anime T.V. series "Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann". In making this wallpaper with paint program, I designed the background by using the line tool to draw a plus to center this whole wallpaper, thus creating 4 rectangles. Then, I used the fill-with-color tool to color the rectangles in the background, using the 4 colors that match with Yoko's clothing parts (black, pink, yellow, dark red). Last step was to place my chosen scan of this anime character onto the centerpoint. Enjoy the wallpaper!
