Ah! A bright wallpaper!! XD Perhaps I should make more dark ones again?? But yeah, I made a super cute one with chibi characters again! I hope it turned out well. I got the image/PNG/vector from Xanth Reborn in a folder of Air pics so I'm not sure who the original artist is. ^^; But I put "respective artist" on the wallpaper...so I hope that covers it! O__o

But yeah, the bg was mainly done with lots of gradients and different effects...default PS textures were used again (haven't downloaded any yet!). Starry brushes from aethereality.net...glows...errr...yeah, nothing too much actually. It's like a really bright and colorful outerspace! And somehow they're out there! *laugh* Hopefully not TOO bright...but eh. ^^;;
