Ok guys! I am happy to say that I think that this is the first Bokurano wallpaper on theOtaku! Lets all celebrate!! If you haven't heard of this anime, shame on you!! It's the coolest thing since Narutaru, except with a little less blood and psychological horror in my oppinion. I think that it is pretty ovbious how I made this wallpaper. I took a screenshot from a creditless version of the opening sequence, and just extended it. The replicated part at the bottem should be covered by your status bar.
