Yes, another Belldandy one. XD I wonder why? Especially since I don't really like her...I think she's darn pretty though, and she makes for good wallpapers...though not that popular. -__-; Oh well. Yes, and yet again, I went with a golden hue...yellow...not many people like it, but it matched since I gave the PNG of her a golden overlay...along with other blending effects... I'd say this wallpaper was an exercise in overlays and gradients. ^^; That's all I really used! For her and for the bg (except for the "stars", which were brushes with effects). So yeah, it looks crystalline in the bg, and I really liked that...thanks to the texture overlay (one of the default ones in Photoshop). Overall, I think it turned out pretty nice! I wanted to make it different than the other wallpapers made with this scan...a bit darker sort of. ^^; Not blue and Heaven-y. It took...two days of spread-out work...so over an hour at least. I hope it's ok...and that you like it!
