*after three days of waiting* Finally, I can submit this mediocre wallpaper!! ^^;;; I should've worked on it more...oh well! Simple, yet pretty...or so I think. ^^; I obviously just wanted to go for simple here...it looked like in the PNG that Belldandy was laying down on something...at first I was going to have her on the moon or something like that, but then...nah, clouds seemed more reasonable. ^^; I hope they look ok... So the bg was just a noise gradient over top a blue bg...then I worked on the clouds. I used brushes that come with Photoshop; as you can see, that give a sort of canvas-y texture. I like that brush a lot. XD So I used different shades and opacities of them...gave them a glow..as for Belldandy, I gave her a shadow and made her face a separate layer...to give that a separate glow. I think it looks cool. Anyhoo, this took about an hour. I hope you like it!
