Well...I like this one...it's just one of my brushwork backgrounds with PNG with effects and whatnot in front. ^_^ I've been trying out different things...and, yeah. Anyhoo...so it's somewhat simple...I'm amazed I made one because I was working on an Air wallpaper for about an hour or so...(jeez, so long!) but it just wouldn't come out right! So then I decided to abort it and do this one!

I used brushes from aethereality.net for the bg ("eye of the beholder" and "shooting stars"). I erased some away and gave them glows. I gave the girl (from something called "Raspberry Dream") an inner and outer glow to match. On a top layer, I created it to look like she's using more magic...like calling up flames from her hand. I had fun doing that. ^^ I used the liquify tool to make it look more flame-y...*laugh*

All in all, a simple wallpaper...took me only a half-hour. I hope you like it!!!
