This is the second wallpaper that I have made. This was made by request for Ice Prince, who is a REALLY kick ass Millia player from Tennessee. I really like how this one came out even though there a few slight things in the background that irk me a bit. Since this is a wallpaper that was made for someone else, I would appreciate if you would not steal it, use it, transfer it around or anything of the sort. Thank you.
