Just made this yesterday. It took me around 1 hour to do. Gah, the title I'm not sure if it suits the wallpaper well, but I couldn't think of anything else. I've put a little mist/clouds at the bottom to make it seem dreamy-like or something ^^; I change slightly the overall color of the girl and I also changed the color of the texture to match the girl. Hope you all like it anyways =].
