You're right, text might be bigger though but I didn't want it to distract the viewer from the main feeling of the picture. So decided to keep it that way.
I like this wallpaper. I can also relate with the insomnia bit. I like riding the bus to contemplate. There had been episodes too wherein I quietly cried.
Anyways, I like the texture and the general feel of this wallpaper. I am so drawn by the text in it. I couldn't read what the entirety of it said until I enlarged the picture. I also read NOWHERE initially as NOVEMBER! My eyes and brain are playing pranks on me. ^^" Sorry about that. Though I must say that I really like what you did there!
The thing that I will miss so much about the e-card section is how the artists incorporate their messages on the image/card.
Insomnia has the potential to turn someone's life a living Hell. Plus nobody can emphatize with you if they didn't experience what you've been through. Really thank God it's over. :D
