I normally don't leave it out when I plan my code, I just kinda forget about it when I start typing. Of course, being a very fast typer can also mean lots of typos, which suck.

Same as me :X. I don't even know why I forgot to insert it occasionally. Maybe it's because I often left it out when I'm sketching and planning out the code.
