you can download special brushes with that program you have (paintshop) just type in a search for "PSP brushes". things from Deviant art could come up alone with a ton of others but there are some really good ones out there that will let you do a ton of stuff
The circles you can do with a regular circle brush or you can just a special one that does it for you.

They have different parts in the song. they normally don't sing all at once unless it's the chorus. xD but it's a good band i love them!^_^
