The girl is cute and the colors are nice. Sometimes I think green is under-appreciated.
But it looks weird to have the image in the background stretched vertically. (Or is it the one in the foreground that's stretched horizontally?) Maintaining the same aspect ratio for both would make it look more natural.
The edges of the pictures are also very rough, especially around the hair. If it's available, higher resolution stock art, or possibly making the background image not quite as big, would help with that.
Another little touch that I think would look good is putting the foreground leaf pattern that's in the upper left corner in the bottom right corner as well.
lol. it did end up very green. lol. don't worry about it. lately everything i've been making is pink. XP the pic of the girl is very cute. but maybe next time you should stretch her face in the bg as much. it looks fine like it is but it might look more natural if it weren't stretched as much. you still did a great job. i love the bg.
