I agree with sweetdevil, this is by far your most cutest wallpaper you ever made ^_^. I like the colors, very cheerful; and I love chibis :3. I'm not sure about the text, I think it could have been in another place...oh well, it still looks good. A fav from me =]. Nice job!

It's so cute. Love the chibi characters and the bright colorful bg. Plus the sparkles really make a nice effect. They sorta remind me of the powerpuff girls. Great job!

What drew my attention to it was the high quality of the image, at first. I like how you focused on the foreground by making the background blurrier.
