Hi there & thanks for commenting,so you wanted to know what linart is?,it is a drawing that only consists of lines to form the picture as where no shading or colour is applied yet-people normally submit lineart to give others a chance to colour it or the original artist colours it him/herself depending on the responce,I hope that answered your question.

Well, I'm from Singapore, they do show some anime here but it's not a lot so my source for anime would be usually at crunchyroll.com, www.animecrazy.net or www.animecrunch.com.
