Well, MangaStudio is really easy to use. You can draw straight on the program, or scan your art in and trace over it. I'd have to say that's the easiest one to use. If you want to color it, you have to make different layers for each color.

Well, it depends what kind of program you have. If you have paint just get the picture on paint. I believe on photobucket though, you can edit a picture.

Well, you can either go to your backroom, click on quick submitt and choose which catagory you want to submitt in, or you can go to the catagory and there will be a portal that says "Submitt". You click on that and fill out the form... I hope that helps!

I use MangaStudio to color my pistures... though I must say... it's a pain in the butt and any smooth transitions from one color to another is done in gradiation... Lol, it's hard to do an entire picture with it, but I think I've figured out some of the tricks, lol...
