Actually, to become an Otaku Legend depends more-so on how much you contribute to the site...i.e. fan art, comments, etc. I've known people who have been on this site longer then me and they still aren't Legends. I've made loads of comments and upload artworks so I think that made me a Legend quite some time ago.^^
