Thanks so much for your comments,I do use reference to keep everything as original as possible,I just luv to experiment and apply my own style to my work so when people look at it they already know who did it.
thanks so much for your comments! =D and yea i do use references all the time, especially for fan art. I want to be sure i'm really respecting the character and the original artist by getting their look right. I mean, one fly away hair and the character goes from naruto to "is that Ichigo?" (laughs)
