Anime as Potential Food Network Material
On March 30th, NHK-Educational launches the new anime Cookin' Idol Ai! Mai! Main! Trust me, it's like nothing you have ever seen. Think of the recipes on Kitchen Princess. The anime will be based on Main, the protagonist, making these dishes in an anime format. Then Fukuhara Haruka, Main's seiyuu, will come on and create the dishes herself in a human format.
