If you are a fan of the popular Axis Powers Hetalia manga and are wondering where the anime ran off to, well, I have a bit of bad news. The anime, which was slated to have debuted the 24th, was canceled "due to various circumstances". However, before the cancellation, the series drew a lot of ire from online Korean protesters, due to "an insulting portrayal of the Korean character in the manga".
