YouTube, the next subbing circle?
Google has announced that YouTube will soon be using a device to auto-transcribe videos to have subtitles. This change, which is to start on a select few stations and grow as bugs are worked out, is aimed to increase user availability for the deaf, as the current (and optional) subtitled service goes largely ignored.
