Okay, I cannot truly say this took a lot of work, but when I found this background I knew I had to use it for something. I don't know why, but the first show I thought of was Pandora Hearts. I was originally going to use an image of Vincent, but when I saw this one of Gilbert - I had to change my mind thanks to how perfectly it worked. Besides, Gil even looks a little steampunk. (Please note, I said a little. Not a lot.)

Anyhow, even with the pain the extraction for this vector was and the fact that I had to repair his hair, I had fun with this one. Title comes from the title of the song that I was listening to when I went to post this.
