In response to Timba's Challenge of Holiday Doom, I've decided to make a comic dedicated to one of my favorite holidays--the Feast of Saint Nicolas!

See that thing up above? It's a wooden shoe (klompen) from the Netherlands (yes, I used a real reference). St. Nicolas (Sinter Klaas) originated in the Dutch/German cultures, which eventually morphed and over time became the traditional American Santa Claus that many of us know. Sinter Klaas is celebrated every December 5/6th. For those who celebrate it, it can be like a pre-Christmas. ^__^ *guilty as charged*

The stars of this comic are Toki, Shin and Nehs Curtiss, part of The Otaku Familigia, an institution founded, organized and delegated mostly by Michiyo Shimizu and her exploits in Chat. She even sketched Shin and Nehs, so I credit the designs to her.
