This is a drawing using characters from my friend's book which he based on himself and my brothers. The main characters are Alex, Gabriel, and Raphael Masters. They are members of the Order of the Iron Cross, a guild that battles demons using God-given elemental powers. Alex (the one screaming in the second panel) is based on my friend Will and has power over fire. Gabe can amnipulate ice, and is based on me. He's on the left side of panel 2. My twin brother was the inspiration for Raphael, and is on the right side of the 2nd panel. HE can control lightning.

Gabe: You fight demons with your elemental powers. Wanna play?

Alex: WHAT? You guys do that in real life! Why would you waste time playing a game when you could be living it? Why you could...

FWASH! *sound effect* (Gabe and Raph both blast him with their powers ot shut him up)

Gabe: Do you think he'll be mad when he melts?
Raph: Touch that power-up and die, Gabe!

some people just don't understand that us gamers LIKE avoiding real life... so i drew this comic to illustrate the point.
