Because Lee was well aware of the existence of his album(full of questionable photos) the Society could not distribute his pictures. One morning Raine gets a call from Emi, she tells Raine about an offer from Lee's Fan Club that she simply can't refuse. Lee's of course not very happy about this, for who knows why.
