For the comic pages, I draw everything by hand and tone/edit using Photoshop. I use Computones' add-on for Photoshop for the tones. For the other stuff like the cover, I use Paint Tool SAI for outlining and coloring and Photoshop for all of the stuff SAI lacks :') Thanks for the comment, hope that helped!
