Well, that's certainly not a perm, it's just died hair. A perm is when you either get your hair straightened or curled or... well, any other style by a professional (usually). But anyway, It's a cute pic. I have a feeling Ryou would never react to anything that way, lawl, but it's still funny. =] ~minto.
