This is something I worked on today. This is Eddie, he was originally an RP character on DA, but it’s not very active.
I decided to revamp Eddie’s design and rename him, but he’s still named Eddie. Unless you’ve seen him on Da, you’ll know what I mean. Other then that, he’s still the same.
Anyways this was a coloring test. For a while now, I have been having trouble blending my new markers with good quality paper. I have to admit, I use to use regular copy paper, but I switched to drawing paper. Since then, I feel like my new markers are not taking well to the paper I’m using. Every paper I used, the ink from my markers would get a weird texture after it dried. I’ve had to switch paper types three times to see which on works best, and I think I’ve finally found the perfect one! It’s Canson comic paper. So far my new markers haven’t made that weird texture after drying. I like the results so far, and I hope I can get better at blending. XD
I hope I get to do a better drawing of Eddie, because I have a lot of Ideas I’d like to use him for!
