This is Kouu - Also meaning rain!!

I wanted to do somekind of shark/elf thing with it..
But it looked much diffrent then this one, thanks to AngleSweet1 for helping out..
Telling me to get a body and hands/arms on him, so this is how he came to be..

THE OLD VERSION LOOKED REALLY FUNNY..

But after some re-drawing like 6-7 times, I gave up, and this is how it looks now..

BTW: Thinking of it, I want this guy to be, the one that gave our oc Nererus the bite in his tail..
