This week's submission has a story! A co-worker of mine, who also happens to be my newest art critic and my current romantic interest, has been having a bad week. When I worked with her yesterday I couldn't get a whole lot out of her because she was not in a talking mood, but she slowly opened up as the day went by. Her ex is giving her a hard time about alot of things, and he can't seem to move on despite them being apart for months now. I didn't really know what to do or say, and felt kinda helpless for most of the day as she was on the verge of tears. Couple that with how I've been trying to find the opportune moment to tell her how I feel; doing that now would be ill-timed indeed and only add to her problems. Timing can be a bitch lol. Now I'm left driving myself insane as she deals with her issues, although she clearly has the shittier end of the situation.

I liked how this turned out, and I discovered a new brush that seems awesome for clouds. I also had alot of fun with her hair since I rarely draw curls, and I tried out a bunch of different tools for highlights.
