She was originally called Bat, but then she became independed, was called lady of the west, goddess of love, festivity, love, beauty, peace, music, dance and culture while being a guidance for the dead. She was a mom for everyone and a guardian deity.
Some time she was the wife of Re and Horus her son, later a fiance, but that changed when Isis came and the more or less became goddesses for the same parts, although Isis was never called mother for all.
